The Moultrie-Douglas County Fair is a cherished tradition rooted in the heart of Arthur, Illinois. Established in 1924 thanks to the vision of Byrt Gibson and the dedication of the local community, the fair has grown from humble beginnings into a beloved annual event that brings together friends, families, and visitors from across the region.
